Select items may be returned/refunded within 7 days of purchase. Items MUST be returned in their original condition including all packaging, parts, accessories, etc.
- If an item is returned with damaged packaging and cannot be resold as new, customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Select items may be exchanged/returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be returned in their original condition including all packaging, parts, accessories, etc.
- If exchanging for a new item, customers will be given credit equal to the purchase value of the item being exchanged, so long as the item is in new condition.
- If returning for store credit, customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that show signs of use, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts, packaging or accessories are non-refundable/exchangeable.
*Please note proper care instructions: Many of our products are made of wood and can become damaged if not kept in proper conditions. Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity can damage some products. Please be aware of proper care and handling of your product to avoid this type of damage. We may refuse items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in this way.
Select items are non-returnable/refundable. These include:
- Special orders
- Discontinued or clearance items
- Headphones/earbuds/in-ear monitors
- Anything that comes into contact with the mouth (ie. harmonicas, melodicas, recorders, etc.)
- Used/opened strings
All refunds MUST be completed with the same credit card used during the initial purchase. Get Loud does not offer cash refunds.
Customers MUST bring their receipt from the initial purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Get Loud will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return a product. Shipping is non-refundable.
Get Loud reserves the right to change/alter our return/refund policy as necessary.
